Toontown: Corporate Clash is a non-profit organization, so all of its staff volunteer their time to help and support the project. No money is collected in any form from the players as it’s completely free to play. All expenses are paid through staff donations. Although the game is funded by the team, no staff member is obligated to donate or pay for any expenses. The game is funded entirely out of generosity!

> Does the Team get paid?

Toontown: Corporate Clash is comprised of hard-working individuals that come together over their love of Toontown and passion of the role they want to take on. Therefore, staff members of Toontown: Corporate Clash volunteer their time and work to help create an incredible game and all roles are a volunteer position.

> What is the process of applying on the team?

After your application is completed and submitted, please allow up to 7 days to hear back while our HR team goes through your application in detail. If your application is successful, it will then be passed on to the relevant department Team Lead to organize a voice interview. They will reach out to you and schedule a time to conduct the interview and ask some additional questions. This whole process may take up to 14 days but may vary depending on availability of staff members and the applicant to take further steps in the process.

> Do I have to play TTCC in order to be on the staff?

It is not required to play TTCC in order to be a staff member, but it is strongly suggested and preferred. This way, you can enjoy the fruits of your labour and understand the type of style Toontown: Corporate Clash is comprised of.

> Do I need any experience in order to be on the team?

Experience is always more helpful in some positions, especially Technical and Creative team when using specific programs and adjusting to a specific style of game. However, not having experience does not exclude your application from being reviewed and considered.

> How much time do I need to spend to adequately fill the needs of the role?

Toontown: Corporate Clash is a volunteer effort. Although time consuming, you can fit your role into your everyday life. Many of our staff members fit their duties in between work, school, and other regulated activities. We understand our staff and applicants may have these circumstances and we'll help accommodate them to better serve their role on the team.

> What positions are available?

Open positions are frequently updated as the need continues below. If the position you are looking for isn't isn't available, please do check back at a later date or contact us through ModMail if you think you can bring something different to the team.

> Can I apply again if I was denied before?

If your previous application was denied, you can apply again for the same position after 30 days so you can develop your skills. If you are applying for a different position, you are free to apply anytime. We encourage those who unsuccessful when applying for technical team or creative team to improve their abilities and re-apply after 30 days with updated samples of work.

> What is the age requirement in order to apply?

You will need to be at least 14 years old in order to apply for a role at Toontown Corporate Clash. Some roles do require for you to be older than 14 but this will be specified on the ‘requirements’ tab for each role.
