'Twas the week before Halloween, and all throughout C.O.G.S.
Every manager was stirring, even the one who jogs...

The Pink Slips were stashed in their drawers with great care.
The upcoming holiday a cause for nightmare. 
The red tape was reddened, the beans quickly counted, 
The Junior V.P. snacked on candy, discounted. 

And Cyger the savvy, and Saggs, oh, so tired, 
Decided this year for all Managers hired, 
A change in the dress code was due for the season:
Those not wearing costumes? Dismissed without reason!

The idea was simple, brilliant, yet cheap: 
Expression in the workplace gave benefits to reap.
And maybe, just maybe, he would leave Toons confused,  
With the visual mind games the Managers used.  

Would those Toons run and hide? Would they scream? Would they cry?  
Could they keep up their meddling? Would they even try? 
Cyger was pleased with his devilish plan, 
The memo was sent, the plan soon began. 

"Now Cosmo, now Mary, now Misty and Graham, 
Go Cathal, go Buck, Holly and Flint, get out, scram! 
Out Prester, out Tawney, out Brian, Dave and Belle. 
All of you, in your costumes, go wish Toons unwell!" 

From Clubhouse to Courtroom, each Suit took their flight. 
Certain their costumes would bring on the fright! 
In every playground their terror took hold. 
The plan of old Cyger turned out to be gold. 

The Chairman stood proud, his head held aloft. 
No Suit seeing THIS plan would think he was soft! 
His plan, after all, only seemed common sense. 
But the question remained. Would Toons take offense? 

That's for YOU to decide, for better or worse. 
Fight your favorite manager, pick up a curse. 
Enjoy a scare, and see them spookily endowed! 
For just as long as company policy allowed.

Happy Halloween, Toontown!

Welcome to the (official) Halloween 2025 update! We're sorry for bringing the tricks and treats a bit late this year, but fear not! We'll be running spooky season for an extra long while: until December 3rd. 

We also have a few more plans in store, as well. For now, though, there's a few goodies that we're ready to drop into your candy baskets.

• The Managers have dressed for the season! We've added 26 festive overlays to your favorite Managers. Be sure to visit them and see their new costumes.
• Cogs aren't the only ones dressing up. Lynn Decisive and Reid Stock have returned, in costumes of their own! They'll be haunting every neighborhood, so be sure to stop by and say hi!
• You, too, can join in the Halloween fun with a brand new outfit of your own! We've added 11 new costume sets for you to buy from the Shkrafting Shop, 4 of which were made with the blessing of Urbanshade. Perhaps you've heard of them.

We do have a bit more in store for you, so don't blow out your Jack-O'-Lanterns once Halloween has passed. Soon you'll have even more spooky surprises to greet you! Maybe if you spend some time trick-or-treating, you may find some clues. It seems some other Toons have.
