HELLOOOO, Toontown! It sure has been awhile, hasn’t it? I was flying by on my plane and I saw all the spooky Halloween decorations. I wanted to take so many photos of them! Thing is, I fell right out of my plane again, and ended up in Lawbot HQ. It seems you guys have covered it up in all sorts of fun! All the Toons were running around with some pumpkin heads I’ve never seen before, cheerfully smiling about all their Halloween costumes and the new trick or treating locations.

I was about to help a lovely koala behind a counter restock everyone’s Gag pouches, but then Webster found me and brought me to your hideout at the end of Polar Place. He told me everything about Operation: Break the Law, and all I can really say is that I’m super-duper-DUPER excited to help you all out!
