Tweaks

• Users will now be notified that the Moderation Team has reviewed their report. If they aren't online at the time their report is reviewed, they'll be notified the next time they log in.
• Gag n' Go shops will now have a different header than regular gag shops.

Bugfixes

• Fix an issue causing Mata Hairy to say the wrong Gag-Up unites after the CFO battle.
• Fix an issue causing some chat tabs not to respect ignored Toons.
